Cancellation and Return

CANCELLATION

    Once an order is placed, if you choose to cancel that order, you will be issued with a gift certificate for the full amount of the purchase.

    Kindly note that we cannot cancel any order once a tracking number has been generated for your order.

    If your order has already shipped before cancellation is submitted, you will have to go through our return process.

      RETURN

        To qualify for return, customer must submit a request for return process to our customer service or the return package will not be accepted.

        All items must be unused and in original condition with the tags still attached.

        You have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.

        Any products or garments that appear to have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

        To submit a return request

        ORDERS WITH THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:

            • Manufacturing faults
            • Delivery damage
            • Incorrect item received
            Please write us at hello@ferrariredjaguar.com by including these information below with "Request Return" on the subject. We'll be in touch with instructions after it's being reviewed.
              1. Order number
              2. Your name and e-mail
              3. Items you want to return
              4. Reason for a return with photos of the item's issues

                      ORDERS WITH ANY OTHER ISSUES OR NO ISSUE:

                      Simply click on this link Self-Serve Return and check your inbox for one-time code to get access to customer account, then in Orders menu, click the order and item that you want to submit to return for. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Then click Request Return

                                      If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive a "Return Request Approved" email with shipping instructions and return shipping address. After the return items arrive at us with the promising conditions, you will be notified and refunded.

                                      Items that are not eligible for return; Special orders, personalized items, beauty products, sales items, gift cards, swimwear, underwear

                                        Please note that customer is liable for the risks and costs for the return of the products. You're advised to send the return with track or traceable shipment. 

                                        EXCHANGES

                                        We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item in original condition and once the return is accepted, you will receive gift certificate to place a new order. Please refer to our return policy for return process.
